Refunds and Cancellations
How cancellations and refunds work for Class Add-Ons Scheduler, including paid plans, our Merchant of Record, the 14-day goodwill refund, renewals, and your statutory rights.

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Class Add-Ons Scheduler. It covers our free and paid plans, how to cancel, when refunds are available, and your statutory rights. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Our plans
Class Add-Ons Scheduler offers:
- a Free plan that is free forever and does not require payment or card details; and
- a Premium plan, billed either annually or monthly through our payment provider.
Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Because the Free plan involves no payment, there is nothing to refund or cancel for it — you can simply stop using the service or revoke Google access at any time.
Payments and our Merchant of Record
Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders. This means Paddle handles payment processing, renewals, invoices, taxes, fraud checks, refunds, and payment-related customer service.
We do not receive or store your full card details. Some refunds and billing actions are completed by Paddle on our behalf, and your purchase may also be covered by the terms shown by Paddle at checkout.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time:
- from your dashboard at my.classaddons.com; or
- by contacting us at hello@classaddons.com if you need help.
When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew again, and you will not be charged for the next billing period;
- you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for; and
- your scheduling simply stops at the end of that period — there is no lock-in.
Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically delete your account or revoke Class Add-Ons’ access to your Google account. You can revoke Google access through your Google account security settings, and you can contact us if you would like your account closed or service data deleted.
Refunds
14-day goodwill refund
If you are not happy with Premium, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. We offer this as a goodwill guarantee, in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
To request a refund, email hello@classaddons.com from the address linked to your account, or contact Paddle using the details on your purchase receipt. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few working days; once approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We send renewal-related information so you can cancel before a renewal if you no longer want the plan.
If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend — for example, you meant to cancel but did not — contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will consider a refund in good faith. We generally do not refund renewal charges raised more than 14 days earlier, or for periods that have already been substantially used, except where required by law.
Annual plans
For annual plans cancelled partway through a term, your access continues until the end of the paid term and we do not normally provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase made online within 14 days (a “cooling-off” period).
Because Class Add-Ons Scheduler is a digital service supplied immediately, by starting to use Premium during the cooling-off period you may ask us to begin the service straight away and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost or reduced once the service has been fully provided. Where you cancel during the cooling-off period after the service has started, we may retain a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, and our goodwill refund above sits alongside those rights rather than replacing them.
Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at hello@classaddons.com — we can usually resolve billing issues quickly. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Price and plan changes
We may change prices or plan features from time to time, giving reasonable notice where required. Price changes do not affect a term you have already paid for. If you do not agree to a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, such as updating this page. The “last updated” date above shows when this policy was last revised.
